Kynd Medical CBD Terms and Conditions: Review for a Seamless Experience
Welcome to Kynd Medical! These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) govern the use of our services and apply to all users (‘you’) of our website (https://www.kyndmedical.com/clinics) and the services we provide.
Before proceeding with our services, please carefully review these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, kindly cancel any appointment, and exit the website.
About Us and Contact Information
Kynd Medical Limited (‘Kynd Medical’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) is a registered company in England under company number SC457672. The Kynd Medicals Clinics (‘Kynd Clinics’, ‘Kynd Clinic’) operate as our franchisees, and the Kynd Clinic clinicians are engaged by the Kynd Clinics.
If you need to contact us, you can reach our team by email at enquiries@kyndmedical.com or by phone at +44 (0)131 440 0740.
Services and Charges
At Kynd Medical, we facilitate appointments for patients referred by GPs and Consultants (‘Refer-rers’) to Kynd Clinics. The patients receive consultations with expert clinicians (‘Kynd Clinic clini-cians’). If appropriate, patients with conditions not effectively treatable with conventional medicinal treatments may be prescribed cannabis-based medicinal products (‘CBMPs’) for potential clinical ben-efits.
Our services are limited to organizing appointments at Kynd Clinics and do not involve the purchase, stocking, or sale of CBMPs. All our clinical services are provided by qualified GMC registered medical professionals based in the UK and engaged by a Kynd Clinic franchisee.
Please note that our services are exclusively available to patients in the UK. We do not accept appointment requests from addresses outside the UK.
Referrers’ Responsibilities
If you are a Referrer, you may refer your patients to us for an appointment at a Kynd Clinic. However, please ensure that you are a GP or Consultant based in the UK, as falsifying referrals is a criminal offence and may lead to prosecution.
To refer your patients, you can contact us via phone, email, or through our website. Appointments are subject to availability and are solely at our discretion, governed by the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by the patient during the booking process.
We reserve the right to request additional information regarding incomplete referrals.
Terms of Treatment and Prescriptions
Please be aware that there is no guarantee that a Kynd Clinic clinician will prescribe CBMPs to your patient following their appointment. Our clinicians may consider conventional medical treatments before resorting to CBMP prescriptions if they find it clinically appropriate.
Prescriptions will only be issued when deemed clinically appropriate and lawful, following an ap-pointment, and upon your patient’s signature of the Terms of Treatment, which they will receive during their appointment if prescribed CBMPs.
Changes to Services and Terms
We may make changes to our services to comply with applicable legislation or for other business reasons. Any updates to our services will be made available on our website.
Additionally, we may amend these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms whenever you use our services to ensure you are aware of the applicable terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes before they become effective. Con-tinued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
